We recommend giving your bicycle a tune up at the beginning of each season. Temperature changes throughout the year impact the cable tension that controls the derailleurs and brakes on your bike. It is important to have these cables re-tensioned each season to keep your bike shifting and braking smoothly. The following are included in a General Tune Up:

ADJUST GEARS , BRAKES, HEADSET, MINOR WHEEL TRUING; EXTERNAL LUBRICATION, GENERAL SAFETY INSPECTION

  • Gear adjustment
  • Adjust Headset
  • Minor wheel true
  • External Lubrication
  • General safety inspection
  • Front and rear derailleur cable tension is adjusted
  • Front and rear brake cable tension is adjusted
  • Brake pads are adjusted
  • Bike tubes are checked for punctures and tires are inflated to proper psi

Drive Train Cleaning Includes: Washing crankset, chain, cassette, front and rear derailleur. Also includes installation of new chain and cassette*.

*Parts not included in the installation price.
